How it's put together
CottonGrip mats are built the same way as the Classic 7MM — tree rubber sprayed onto the underside of the cotton in liquid form, fused into the weave as it dries. No glues, no adhesives. Overlocked cotton edges. The lighter cotton weave folds tighter without cracking the rubber bond.
Packing & travel
Rolls to roughly 24 × 4 inches — fits a standard carry-on side pocket, slides easily into a duffel, or rides crosswise in a backpack. The PureCotton variant can be folded rather than rolled if needed and recovers its shape within a practice. Weight is 1.4 kg, about the same as a hardcover book.
Sizing & weight
Standard 68 × 24 in (173 × 61 cm) unrolled — the same footprint as the Classic, so familiar shapes find their usual marks. Weight is 1.4 kg. Designed to travel with the practice rather than anchor it; for daily home practice on smooth floors, the Classic 7MM is the more substantial mat.
Care over the long run
Wipe with a damp cloth after each practice — particularly after hotel-room dust or outdoor grit. PureCotton can be machine-washed cold whenever needed. CottonGrip handles occasional machine washing, but vacuum, steam, or damp-cloth between practices preserves the rubber bond over years of travel. Hang flat to dry, away from direct sunlight.

Materials
Cotton canvas top (220gsm) with overlocked cotton edges. CottonGrip adds a tree rubber backing — sprayed as a liquid onto the underside and fused into the weave as it dries. No glues, no adhesives. No synthetic foams, no PVC.
Care
PureCotton: machine wash cold, hang dry flat. CottonGrip: vacuum or steam-clean between practices; wipe with a damp cloth for spot cleans. Occasional machine wash is possible but gradually wears the rubber bond — reserve it for deep cleans. Never tumble dry.

Standard shipping is complimentary on every Canadian order over CAD 120. Orders under that threshold are calculated at checkout based on your destination.
Delivery times
Standard delivery within Canada arrives in 5–10 business days from the moment the order is placed.
International orders
International shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Duties and taxes are pre-paid where possible to avoid surprises at delivery.
Returns & exchanges
30-day returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your order. Sign in to your account or open the order confirmation email to start a return; Canadian returns include a prepaid label.
Free returns within Canada
A prepaid return label is included with every Canadian order — drop the package at any Canada Post location, no charge. International returns are at the customer's expense.
Condition & refunds
Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receipt, back to the original payment method.
