Modern Yogi ships worldwide from our warehouse. We absorb the routing on our side; the origin appears on your shipping confirmation and on the carrier tracking page.
Orders to India ship from our Indian warehouse. INR pricing is available at checkout.
Shipping within Canada
Canadian orders ship by ground courier. Orders over CAD 120 ship free. For orders below that threshold, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination — rates to urban centres are lower than to remote or northern communities.
Most provinces receive deliveries within five to ten business days from the day the order is placed (including one to three days of packing). Remote postal codes in the territories and northern communities may take up to fifteen business days. We do not currently offer expedited or weekend delivery.
International shipping
We ship to most countries. Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination, and shown in your local currency where available. International orders ship via tracked international courier; the specific carrier depends on your destination.
A small number of destinations are not currently supported due to carrier restrictions or local import limits on natural rubber. If your country is one of them, the cart will let you know before you reach payment.
For larger international orders, please write to our team before placing the order. We can often consolidate items into a single shipment and reduce the freight cost on your side.
Duties & taxes
Canadian orders include all applicable taxes at checkout. There is nothing further to pay on delivery.
International orders are shipped on a delivered-duty-unpaid basis. This means duties, taxes, and any customs handling fees are payable by the recipient at the time of import. The amount varies by country and is set by your local customs authority, not by Modern Yogi.
If you would prefer duties calculated and prepaid at checkout, this is available for orders to the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union, and Australia. Choose the prepaid option in the cart.

Carrier delays, customs holds, and holiday windows can extend these estimates. Tracking is the most accurate source for any specific order.
Returns
You can return most items within thirty days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method. The item should be unused, in its original packaging, and in a condition we can resell.
To start a return, sign in to your account, open the order, and choose Start a return. Canadian returns are free — we email a prepaid Canada Post label which you can drop at any postal location. International returns are at the customer's expense; when you submit the request, we'll send the available options for your address.
A few things we are not able to accept back: items that have been used on a practice surface, and items with visible wear. Items specifically marked as final sale on the product page also cannot be returned.
Exchanges
Exchanges follow the same window. To exchange, return the original item and place a new order for the replacement. Refunds usually arrive before the new order ships, so you’re not out of pocket for long.
Refunds
Refunds go to the original payment method. We issue them within five to ten business days of receiving a return, or of confirming a lost-order resolution. From there, the timing depends on your card issuer or bank: Visa, Mastercard, and Amex typically post the refund within another five to ten business days; some debit cards take a little longer.
For orders paid with a discount code, we refund what you actually paid. The code is consumed by the order and does not return to your account for a second use.
For international orders, duties and import taxes you paid to your local customs authority are not refunded by us — those need to be reclaimed from the customs authority directly. The shipping fee on the original order is refunded if the return is due to our error (a defect, a wrong item, a missed shipment) and not refunded if the return is a change of mind.
If the refund hasn't reached your card within fifteen business days of our confirmation, write to us with the order number and we will trace it with the payment processor.
Damaged or lost orders
If an order arrives damaged, photograph the parcel and the item before unpacking further, and email us within seven days of delivery. We will replace the item at no cost and arrange collection of the damaged piece.
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, check first with neighbours, building reception, and the local carrier depot. If it does not turn up within five business days of the marked delivery, write to us and we will open a carrier trace and either re-ship or refund the order.
Cancelling or changing an order
Orders can be cancelled up until the moment they are packed, which usually happens within 1–3 business days of placement. After packing, the order is in the carrier's hands and the cleanest path is to wait for it to arrive and start a return.
To cancel an order, sign in to your account and use the Cancel order control on the order page. To change a shipping address before packing, write to contact@modernyogi.co. Once shipped, the change controls are replaced with tracking.
